Kanchanaburi Is Thailand's third largest province and only 2 hours away from Bangkok. This provincial area is mountainous and borders Myanmar (Burma) to the west. Kanchanaburi is the site of the world-famous Bridge over the River Kwai, immortalised in books and movies, and is noted for rugged natural beauty with mountains and river valleys. There are several magnificent waterfalls, caves and national parks, which should be visited and seen to be believed. One way to relax and enjoy this region today is by staying on a river raft, enjoying the natural beauty and nature at its best.

Ayutthaya Once Thailand’s historic Capital, Ayuttaya was heralded as the grandest city on earth, because of its fascinating collection of monuments, during the time when Thailand’s Kingdom extended across many borders and countries. From the Chao Phraya River the temples sit and dominate the landscape and are certainly a breath taking site. For those of you looking for more heritage than beach and more tradition than glamour a visit to Ayuthaya is certainly a must place to visit, enjoy and see. |
