Trang can be found South of Krabi, half way between Phuket and the Malaysian border,located in the far South West of Thailand on the Indhiian ocean and it’s a region which appears to be developing considerably as every year goes bye.

The area now boasts many wonderful Boutique Resorts, International Hotels, Golf Courses and Spa’s and worth serious consideration, if you are looking for locations still relatively untouched by commercial investment.

One special area of interest to those considering getting married in Thailand are the Trang Annual Under Water Wedding Ceremonies that have been established in the area since February 1996 and take place on February the 14th every year – Of course. Trang and the surrounding islands offer the visitor excellent secluded bays, fabulous beaches, hidden caves, fantastic marine life and of course the peace and quiet and more traditional island life, which can sometimes be forgotten in the 21st Century. Visit between October and May, when the weather, is normally best in this region of Thailand.
