    Thai2gether Txt 2 Win Holiday in Thailand Competitions: Full Terms & Conditions 2006

  1. Open to all UK and Republic of Ireland residents, excluding Thai2gether employees, their families and their agents and anyone professionally involved or associated with the promotion.
  2. Participation involves sending in the unique code printed on our promotional flyers, within any magazine editorials or as shown in the Special offers page on the thai2gether website www.thai2gether.com
  3. Text entries are charged at £1.50 per text. + your usual mobile tariff.
  4. Competition entries are free and can be posted to our office at Studios 345, 24-28 St Leonards Road, Windsor Berks, SL4 3BB, England UK.
  5. All Resort and Hotel prizes offered by Thai2gether are not transferable or refundable and must be taken when offered or the prize will no longer be valid.
  6. All winning holidays (7 -10 or 14 nights) that the Promoter supplies must be taken between April 2006 and November 2006, subject to the resorts own promotion and availability. No other dates are available or negotiable at the time of the promotion or competition.
  7. Players under 16 must have their parents/guardian’s permission to take part. Those under 16 can enter the txt 2 win competition, but they can not win the holiday prize for themselves, travel to Thailand or win the holiday offer/promotion direct. Those under 16 who do win the prize, can offer it to a member of their direct family who are over 18 years of age. The winners must be over the age of 18 on January 1st 2006 and all major prize claimants’ or winners under the age of 16 need to supply the Promoter with written parental permission, should they wish to offer/exchange the holiday to another member of their direct family or guardian over the age of 18. Please mark envelope as Parental Permission and send to address given below with the ages of those who are requesting the winning holiday be made available to those such people.
  8. All winners will be notified via text or email 30 days after the competition has ended. Failure to contact the promoter 30 days after the competition has expired will deem the prize invalid.
  9. Prize claims are subject to validation, age restrictions and subject to status
  10. Proof of delivery is not deemed proof of receipt via SMS route.
  11. No cash alternative is available in whole or part in place of any of the prizes listed.
  12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of similar nature of lesser or greater value or nights to the one selected and offered subject to cancellation and subject to contract.
  13. All Txt 2 Win prizes will be confirmed within 30 days of validation (Name, Address, Mobile number/s, age, and legal contact details being supplied. All winning claims must be received by 15.05.06
  14. The winners will be responsible for their individual travel insurance, health insurance, personal liability, airport taxes, airport surcharges and personal spending money. The Promoters are not liable for any misconduct or responsible for any personal injury or liability, either before during or after the holiday has been confirmed or awarded to the winner.
  15. The Promoter does not except any responsibility for rooms provided or offered on arrival at the resort offered, by the promoter.
  16. The Promoter is not responsible for weather conditions, transfers to the winning resort, natural disasters and we advise that personal insurance is taken out to cover your trip duration
  17. The Promoter will offer advice on Thailand flights only, all flights are the responsibility of the winner as flights to Thailand are not included with the holiday prize or offer.
  18. All internal flights in Thailand are the responsibility of the winner/s of the competition entered and offered by the promoters
  19. The Promoter will assist all our winners with the best flight deals and reservations where applicable or when we are asked to do so in writing.
  20. PRIVACY POLICY The Promoter may collect mobile phone numbers, emails and other personal information that may be required for the purpose of exercising its rights of publicity in relation to major prize winners, and in administering this promotion. This may include contacting participants during and after the promotion via further text messages, calls or emails regarding this and other future promotions which Thai2gether will have to offer from time to time.
  21. If submitting your Code via a mobile phone which is not your own, please first obtain the permission of the owner/bill payer.
  22. The Promoter will not be liable for:
    The non-availability, loss, late receipt or damage of any text entry through mobile-telephone or transmission failure;
    Any loss or damage to equipment, software or data arising in connection with the transmission or receipt of any message.
  23. The Promoter’s decision in all matters is final and binding.
  24. Major prizewinners will participate in all required publicity as and when required.
  25. Major prize winners’ names and counties will be available after 30.05.06 for 1 calendar month by sending a SAE to: Thai2gether Txt 2 Win Promotion, Studios 345, 24-28 St Leonards Road, Windsor Berks, SL4 3BB if in the UK or by email to competitions@thai2gether.com
  26. If the Promoter discovers that for any reason under the Terms and Conditions the participant is ineligible to take part in the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude a participant from further interactions.
  27. By entering this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  28. All information set out on any advertising or promotional materials including packs relating to this promotion form part of the terms and conditions although, in the event of conflict, these terms and conditions shall prevail over all such other information.
