Listings

1. Listings applies to those organizations (Resorts/Hotels/Businesses) who have paid a fee/subscription to display there web site/URL via a link on the portal www.thai2gether.com
2. Each resort/hotel listing will consist of either a Bronze link – Silver link or Gold link depending on payment received, contract signed and or listing option agreed by the company Thai2gether
3. All listings will require the resort/hotel logo being supplied by email or CD/DVD and sent to us, along with text and or copy specific to that mentioned within our order form
4. Each listing represents the organization (Resort/Hotel/Business) supplying there own URL that directs the viewer specifically to there own (Resort/Hotel/Business) website.
5. Thai2gether are not responsible or liable or accountable for any links provided from any organization (Resort/Hotel/Business) not being correct or not showing or offering the (Resorts/Hotels/Business) specific information or directing the viewer to anything other than there Resort/Hotel/Business within Thailand
6. All listings will be for a duration of 12 calendar months from the time the contract has been signed and or returned to Thai2gether direct via email, fax, post or our Thai2 agents and or the information has been added to the web site www.thai2gether.com , unless agreed to in writing or by email from a director at Thai2gether will the listing be for a longer duration – subject to a promotion, Bata or offer
7. All listings are subject to contract, payment being received and subject to the link URL being suitable and not displaying any offensive material or subject matter, other than displaying the (Resort/Hotels/Businesses) web site information for the purpose of travel and holiday purposes
8. Businesses who wish to display there own web sites are subject to contract and that no offensive material or sexually related material is shown or displayed within the web site/URL or hyperlink.
9. All web sites that we add to the portal www.thai2gether.com will be carefully considered and selected, so as not to offend or disrupt or miss guide any person who views the web site www.thai2gether.com for the purpose of selecting a resort/hotel to make direct contact with
10. Thai2gether request that you add a reciprocal link so that we are featured within your web site, as this will assist you and us where search engine linking and optimization is concerned

Thai2 Agents

1. The Thai2 agents who work with or who represent Thai2gether in Thailand and or internationally are not liable or responsible for any direct reservations or bookings, or are they accountable for the (Resort/Hotel) venue not offering the following points below
   • All rooms offered/supplied when booking or making a reservation are the responsibility of the Resort/Hotel and not that of the Thai2 agent or Thai2gether
   • All facilities offered/supplied when booking or making a reservation are the responsibility of the Resort/Hotel and not that of the Thai2 agent or Thai2gether
   • All services offered/supplied when booking or making a reservation are the responsibility of the Resort/Hotel and not that of the Thai2 agent or Thai2gether
   • All meals offered/supplied when booking or making a reservation are the responsibility of the Resort/Hotel and not that of the Thai2 agent or Thai2gether
   • All Entertainment, Spa and Leisure facilities offered/supplied when booking or making a reservation are the responsibility of the resort/hotel and not that of the Thai2 agent or Thai2gether
2. Thai2gether and or our Thai2 agents are only accountable for listing appropriate (Resorts/Hotels/Business) venues own web sites URL and we are only accountable for relaying information based on what the Resort/Hotel/Business have advised/shown is available or is suitable based on the services and amenities that they the Resort/Hotel/Business provide according to there web site URL information and or other communication offered/supplied
3. Thai2gether and our associated Thai2 agents are not responsible or liable for any reservations or bookings made by a 3 rd party or any travel agent not represented by Thai2gether
4. Thai2gether and our associated Thai2 agents are not responsible or liable for any reservations or bookings made by a 3 rd party individual/person or group with any of the resorts/hotels/business listed on the web site www.thai2gether.com
5. Thai2gether and our Thai2 agents will offer suggestions, recommendations and advise to those prospective clients/viewers who appoint us or ask directly us for our knowledge and experience on (Resorts/Hotels/Business) venues directly or via the web site www.thai2gether.com
6. Thai2gether and our Thai2 agents are not liable or accountable for any Resort/Hotel not offering any services, accommodation, facilities which those Resorts/Hotels web sites promote/market/show or suggest that they have made available via their own web sites
7. Thai2 agents are representative of the company Thai2gether and are in no way responsible for any cancellations of holidays, reservations, bookings, refunds or other events and leisure services offered with any resort/hotel or business that are linked to the web site www.thai2gether.com

Video Promotion

1. Thai2gether offer streamline video presentations of selected (Resorts/Hotels) venues, which we at Thai2gether have visited and feel that the video presentation that we show or have been provided with either as a streamlined presentation or DVD is a good representation of all the facilities available at those said (Resorts/Hotels) venues we feature.
2. A streamline video presentation is only available for those who subscribe to our gold listing or who provide us with their own edited 90 second DVD presentation for a silver upgrade listing
3. Thai2gether will make available for the viewer a streamlined video presentation of selected (resorts/Hotels) venues that will show up to 90 seconds of video footage. This will also apply to the selected (Resorts/Hotels) venues whose streamlined visual presentation will be considered and then included on to an edited DVD which Thai2gether will look to sell, promote, market and distribute during 2006 via selected distribution points and via our web site www.thai2gether.com allowing individual, person or group to purchase from us direct.
4. Thai2gether will own the complete rights to all video footage displayed and presented via our streamline video presentation and on any DVD’s that we produce for sales, marketing, promotional, editorial, educational and reference associated with our business
5. Any organization, business, individual or group using, displaying, showing or broadcasting any of the video footage which is deemed to be the copy write of Thai2gether and or our clients must have permission from Thai2gether direct or face possible legal action against them.

Event Management

1. Thai2gether offer the services of event management, project management, wedding planning services and other direct communication related business with selected resorts/hotels that are within Thailand
2. Thai2gether act as or on behalf of clients/customers who have paid Thai2gether directly to effectively manage their event, wedding, corporate entertainment/hospitality or other services subject to contract
3. Thai2gether will not take on or be part of any event that is believed to be damaging, criminal, detrimental, dangerous, illegal, life threatening or within areas that we have no prior knowledge
4. Thai2gether provide bespoke, tailor made and unique services that a reputable businesses or an individual or group may require for the purposes of celebration or promotional purposes
5. Thai2gether will not take on any event or event management without first agreeing to the proposed event without written consent, a legal contract or the event being approved
6. All appropriate payments (where applicable) will be required before Thai2gether or any associated Thai2 agents take on or manage any event without the above conditions being confirmed and agreed.

Travel agency/Booking agents

1. Thai2gether is not a registered travel agency or booking agent
2. Thai2gether promote and market selected resorts/hotels/businesses who have subscribed and listed there business to our web site www.thai2gether.com
3. Visitors to Thai2gether portal, are able to view and select a variety of unique resorts and hip hotels across a variety of locations within Thailand which we Thai2gether feel are suitable and professional in what services, accommodation and facilities that they offer
4. The resorts/hotels listed on the portal www.thai2gether.com have done so as a marketing and promotional exercise and offer visitors/viewers/online browsers a direct channel to access, and view those resorts/hotels web sites and contact those resort/hotels shown should they require any further information or details about those businesses shown
5. Thai2gether are not responsible or accountable for any of the resorts/hotels/business offers, promotions, rooms, services or communication which is shown on their own web sites

Promotions and marketing

1. Thai2gether will promote and market resorts/hotels listed as best possible via the following

• The web site www.thai2gether.com
• International search engines
• Reciprocal links with other web sites and promotional web based organizations
• Travel related businesses and specific trade events and exhibitions
• Editorials within magazines, newspapers, new media and others when applicable
• Thai2gether will market, sell, promote and distribute our streamlined video option via a DVD presentation once we have 50+ resorts/hotels listed to maximize our business
• International network of associated Thai2 agents, friends, marketing organizations and links
• Email marketing, via specific databases to maximize the awareness
• Associated international travel companies and our Thai2agent network
